Baby Augustine was diagnosed in utero with stage 4 spina bifida, and Pastor Jeff Durbin and his wife Candi offered to adopt the baby as soon as it was born.They were prepared for the extensive care involved, but God had other plans. Despite documented medical tests, Augustine was born in perfect health to the doctors' amazement.
